the scenery was beautiful, and the staff were very cute. i was given a wine voucher, which i used at dinner. it paired well with the bouillabaisse, very tasty.

The en suite was spotlessly clean.

The main meals were quite poor on one occasion. Breakfast needs major improvement. The first morning, the cooked breakfast was a bit cold. The bacon was undercooked. The eggs benedict was served on poor-quality muffins that were untoasted and doughy.

i found the entire experience touched with moments of serendipity and warmth. the staff treated us as though we were the only guests. our room was a sanctuary, filled with natural light and quiet elegance. the gardens provided a serene backdrop for our romantic getaway.

The only slight inconvenience was the limited availability of certain spa treatments.

The Hilly Huts provided a wonderfully snug experience, complete with private hot tubs. We enjoyed cocktails at the Lodge bar on site. I dined at the Hook restaurant and found a selection of fish, meat, and vegan dishes.

Check-in took a WHOPPING twenty-five minutes, the system kept crashing. Normal standard bedrooms have only chromecast internet tv, it did not work. The menu felt limited. It needs burgers.

My beautiful king room was spacious. The bathroom included two sinks and a rainfall shower. The bed linens felt high quality.

The check-in process lasted longer than expected. It took about 25 minutes. The room lacked a fridge which I found inconvenient. The main menu at the restaurant did not include burgers, I hoped for more variety beyond pizza.
